There is one building in this company. An order arrives online, is picked from the racking, packed at the bench beside it and collected from the roller door — so the person sealing your carton can see the shelf your goods came off.
The dispatch board
Four states, in strict order. Every parcel that leaves Witton wears each of them exactly once, and the tiles below flip through the cycle the way the working day does.
PICKED
The printed list is walked, and every line is ticked off at the bay it came from.
PACKED
The carton is chosen to fit the goods, with fill on each face that needs it.
LABELLED
The routing label comes off the printer beside the bench and goes square onto the lid.
COLLECTED
Manifested with the day’s batch and lifted onto the van at the roller door.
The sequence is strict on purpose. A carton sealed before its list is fully ticked is a guess; an address queried after collection is a chase. Keeping the four states separate — and letting a parcel hold each one until it has earned the next — is most of what makes a one-unit dispatch operation dependable.
Prefer less movement? When your device asks for reduced motion, the tiles stand still and the sequence simply reads left to right.
Postcode area lookup
Type the letter or pair of letters at the front of a UK postcode and the map lights the matching region while the caption prints its indicative dispatch band. Three bands cover the whole country. The table underneath is the complete picture, and the confirmation email for a particular order is the wording that governs that order.

A guide, then — the honest kind. Bands describe the usual rhythm for an area once a parcel has been collected; weather, carrier volume and the hour an order lands can each move a single parcel either way.
A few letter pairs straddle water. PA and PH both contain island districts, TR reaches the Isles of Scilly, so the wider band is quoted wherever a doubt exists.
The box-fit picker
Three carton profiles cover nearly everything sold here, which keeps packing quick and keeps voids out of the post. Choose a category and the carton folds itself shut; the line beneath names the profile that category usually travels in.

- Profile three · the deep cartonDouble-walled for bulky soft goods. The contents are folded once, kept loose, and the seams are taped in both directions.
Returns, plainly
Distance sales carry a statutory cancellation window, and this shop runs squarely inside it. Email the warehouse with the order reference before posting anything back; the reply books the return in and repeats the address, so the parcel and its paperwork arrive as a pair.
Back at the bench, a booked return meets its own picking record. The goods are checked against it, the result goes by email to the address on the order, and any refund travels back along the route the payment took.
Damaged on arrival, or the wrong line on your mat? Photograph the carton before unpacking any further, label in frame. Those pictures carry the claim to the carrier while the correction is being picked.
One unit in Witton
Unit 45a on Birch Road East is the entire operating footprint: racking, a packing bench, a label printer and a roller door. Goods come in through the same door the parcels leave by, which keeps the stock the website shows and the stock on the shelf within sight of each other.
Small has its uses. A question about an order is answered by someone who can put the carton on the bench and read the picking record beside it; an address correction caught before the LABELLED tile flips costs a pen stroke instead of a chase across a carrier network.
